Terms of service

Quotes and Orders:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • A 50% deposit is required to place orders.

  • The balance is due upon arrival of goods in Sydney.

  • Full payment is required for in-stock items.

  • Deposits paid for ordered goods are non-refundable unless the supplier accepts the cancellation of the order.

Special Order Items:

  • Special order items cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Floor Stock Items:

  • Floor stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

  • After 7 days, floor stock items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind.
