Return Policy for Floor Stock Items:

  • Floor stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

  • After 7 days, floor stock items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Return Policy for Special Order Items:

  • Special order items cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Return Policy for Sale Items:

  • Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Damage Concerns:

  • All goods must be inspected following delivery or collection.

  • Any damage concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Claims beyond 7 days will not be considered.
